At the Employee Happiness Awards - UAE, we believe that a company’s greatest asset is its people. EHA shines a spotlight on Employee Happiness Initiatives, recognising companies that lead the way in nurturing positive work environments, inspiring innovation, and putting their employees at the heart of their success stories.
Building on the overwhelming success of the first two editions, where we proudly recognised over 100 companies, we are thrilled to announce the 3rd edition of Employee Happiness Awards – UAE. This upcoming chapter promises to raise the bar even higher, celebrating new achievements and fostering even more connections within the corporate community.

In recognition of the authenticity and transparency of our judging process, EHA is a proud recipient of the Awards Trust Mark by the Independent Awards Standard Council. This certification is a validation to our “Winners on Merit Only” ethos.

Nomination Process

It’s a simple 4-steps process, from start to finish

Submission of Online
Nomination Form

All aspiring nominees are required to submit an online nomination form that requests basic company information, the categories they wish to participate in, and a brief write-up on why they deserve to win in their chosen categories.

Please note you can nominate in maximum 3 company categories. Nominating in up to 2 company categories is free. After that, a nomination fee of USD 100 will be charged for the 1 additional company category.

Announcement of
Finalists

On the basis of the brief write-up in the online nomination form, deserving companies will be announced as the finalists of the Employee Happiness Awards - UAE 2025.

15 ^th April, 2025

Presentations to the
Jury

All finalists will be required to make a 20-minute presentation to the EHA UAE Jury to further substantiate their nominations. The presentations will be held virtually and the Jury will identify the winners on the basis of these presentations.
