NOMINATION FORM NOMINATION FORM

Before making the nomination, please make a note of the following instructions:

  • Only companies based in United Arab Emirates can be nominated for EHA - UAE 2026 edition.
  • All fields in the submission form are mandatory and must be filled with correct information
  • Companies can nominate in up to 3 categories only.
  • The first two categories are completely free to participate in, while the third category carries a fee of $200.
  • The online submission form has 2 pages. Page 1 requires you to submit basic information and select the categories you wish to nominate in. Page 2 requires you to share a 500-word overview on why your organization deserves to win in the selected category, guided by prompts on rationale, execution, and impact. You may also upload an optional supporting file (PNG, JPG, PDF, DOC, or PPT, up to 10 MB). Responses on Page 2 can be submitted later.

I permit the Employee Happiness Awards team to use anonymized data and responses from this nomination for research, analytics, and program-development purposes.

No-Use / Confidentiality Assurance

If I do not provide any of the above consents, I understand that all submitted information will remain strictly confidential, will not be used for any purpose beyond internal evaluation by the Employee Happiness Awards team and jury, will not be shared with any third party, and will be permanently deleted within three (3) months after the competition concludes.

Company Logo Usage (Standard Practice Notice)

As part of recognising nominees, finalists, and winners, Employee Happiness Awards may feature participating organisations’ logos in award-related announcements, digital listings, gala communications, and programme showcases. This usage is solely intended to acknowledge participation and celebrate progress, and does not extend to any commercial or unrelated promotional activities.
